Terms of service
Last updated July 2026
These terms govern your use of WorkForward. They are a plain-language starting point and should be reviewed by legal counsel before you rely on them. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
WorkForward provides staff scheduling, time tracking, labour reporting and related tools for small businesses. Features may change as the product develops. During the current early period the service is offered free of charge; if paid plans are introduced, you'll be notified before any charge applies.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Only add employees' information with a lawful basis, and only use it to run your own workforce.
- Provide required notices to your staff about scheduling, time tracking and any location verification you enable.
- Comply with the employment and privacy laws that apply to you.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. Reports such as labour cost, hours and over-target-hours are planning aids, not payroll or legal calculations. You are responsible for verifying pay, statutory overtime, and compliance before acting on them.
Data
Your business owns its data. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy. You can export timesheet data and request deletion of your workspace.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WorkForward is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
