What counts as a “person”?
Anyone on your team with a record in the workspace — owners, managers and employees all count. It's simply the size of your roster.
Is $19.99 per user or for the whole team?
For the whole team. It's a flat monthly price no matter how many people you schedule — 12 or 120. We never charge per user.
What happens when I reach 10 people?
Nothing breaks. You'll see a friendly note that your team has grown past the free tier, and you can move to Pro whenever you're ready.
Do employees pay anything?
Never. Only the business has a plan. Staff use the app — schedules, swaps, time off, the time clock — completely free.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contracts and no setup fees. Pro is month-to-month; cancel anytime and you drop back to the free tier.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can build your whole schedule and use every feature on the free tier without entering any payment details.
